DOCTORAL HOODING & MASTER’S RECOGNITION CEREMONY
CEREMONY LOCATION: Fifth Third Arena at the University of Cincinnati (West Campus)
PARKING: Varsity Village Garage, 200 Varsity Village Drive, Cincinnati, 45221 (off Corry Boulevard on UC’s campus beneath the tennis courts; see map)
1:00 p.m. Check-in and robing
Please enter at the Richard E. Lindner Athletics Center, 2751 O’Varsity Way, Cincinnati, 45221 (above ground of the Varsity Village Garage). Robing will take place in the Jeff Wyler Mercedes Benz/Courtside Club in Fifth Third Arena.
1:45 p.m. Line-Up for Processional
Assemble for procession into the arena in the chairs provided.
2:00 p.m. Processional Begins – Doctoral Hooding and Master’s Recognition Ceremony
The ceremony begins at 2:00 p.m. with the graduates’ processional.
Ceremony Concludes
Platform party members return to robing area to remove regalia.

MORNING UNDERGRADUATE CEREMONY

CEREMONY LOCATION: Fifth Third Arena at the University of Cincinnati (West Campus)

8-8:15 a.m. Check-in and robing
Please enter at the Richard E. Lindner Athletics Center, 2751 O’Varsity Way, Cincinnati, 45221 (above ground of the Varsity Village Garage). The robing will take place in the Jeff Wyler Mercedes Benz/Courtside Club in Fifth Third Arena.
8:15-8:45 a.m. Photos
Photos will be taken outside the Courtside Club at our photo station.
8:45 a.m. Line-Up for Processional
Assemble for procession into the arena in the chairs provided.
9:00 a.m. Processional – Commencement Ceremony
The ceremony, held in Fifth Third Arena, begins at 9:00 a.m. The platform party will march into the arena and onto the stage. The ceremony is expected to last 2 or more hours.
Ceremony Concludes
Platform party members return to robing area to remove regalia.
11:30 a.m. (or immediately following the ceremony) Luncheon
After returning to the robing room to remove regalia, you will be escorted to the Margaret K. Valentine Classroom/Arena Club for a celebratory luncheon hosted by President Neville Pinto.

PARKING: Varsity Village Garage, 200 Varsity Village Drive, Cincinnati, 45221 (off Corry Boulevard on UC’s campus beneath the tennis courts; see map) Please note you may encounter traffic from the morning ceremony as it exits.
11:15 a.m. Check-in and robing
Please enter at the Lindner Athletics Center, 2751 O’Varsity Way, Cincinnati, 45221 (above ground at the Varsity Village Garage). You will be escorted to the robing area to check in at the Jeff Wyler Mercedes Benz/Courtside Club in Fifth Third Arena.
11:30 a.m. (or immediately following the morning ceremony) Luncheon
You will be escorted to the Margaret K. Valentine Classroom/Arena Club for a celebratory luncheon hosted by President Neville Pinto.
1-1:15 p.m. Robing
You will return to the robing area in the Jeff Wyler Mercedes Benz/Courtside Club in Fifth Third Arena to dress in regalia for the ceremony.
