DOCTORAL HOODING & MASTER’S RECOGNITION CEREMONY

CEREMONY LOCATION: Newly Renovated Fifth Third Arena at the University of Cincinnati (West Campus)

PARKING: Varsity Village Garage, 200 Varsity Village Drive, Cincinnati, 45221 (off Corry Boulevard on UC’s campus beneath the tennis courts; see map)

1:00 p.m. Check-in and robing

Please enter at the Richard E. Lindner Athletics Center, 2751 O’Varsity Way, Cincinnati, 45221 (above ground of the Varsity Village Garage). Robing will take place in the Jeff Wyler Mercedes Benz/Courtside Club in Fifth Third Arena.

1:40 p.m. Processional Line Up

Assemble for procession into the arena in the chairs provided.

2:00 p.m. Doctoral Hooding and Master’s Recognition Ceremony

The ceremony begins at 2:00 p.m. with the graduates’ processional.

8:15 a.m. Check-in and robing

8:45 a.m. Photos of Honorary Degree Recipients

Photos of honorees to be taken outside the Courtside Club at our photo station.

9:15 a.m. Processional Line Up

Assemble for procession into the arena in the chairs provided.

9:30 a.m. Commencement Ceremony

The Commencement begins at 9:30 a.m. with the graduates’ processional.

11:30 a.m. (or immediately following the ceremony) Luncheon

After returning to the robing room to remove regalia, you will be escorted to the Margaret K. Valentine Classroom/ Arena Club for a celebratory luncheon hosted by President Neville Pinto.
